YD2B is a 'referral only' 6-week course for dads aged 21 years or under. The course looks at labour and birth, partner's pain relief, preparing for baby, feeding and changing etc.

YM2B (West) is aimed at young women under 20 who are pregnant. The course provides antenatal information, support and the chance to meet other pregnant young women in West Lothian.
