Children aged from 2.5 years to 19 years of age who are either deaf or have communication difficulties, some of whom also have additional needs.

Donaldson's School offers a range of day and residential places for children all over Scotland including shared placements with mainstream schools. As a Grant Aided Special School the funding for each child's placement is provided by the child's local education authority and subsidised by the Scottish Government.
