Provision of free specialist advice, information, counselling and support for anyone worried about their own, or someone else's, drinking. ELCA's services are open to anyone aged 18 years and over. A voluntary counselling service is available either via a drop-in at Lanthorn Centre, Kenilworth Rise, Dedridge, Livingston (Mondays, 2.00-4.30pm) or by appointment by calling the phone number above.
