The group is very informal but is a great
opportunity to get together over a coffee
and share experiences and knowledge of all
aspects of caring for children with
disabilities. It is also a good way to meet
other parents and develop a social circle
and, hopefully, some good friendships for
the parents and their children. We spend a
lot of the session chatting about our
children, their challenges and their great
successes.
We often have guest speakers along to the
group and we meet on the first Thursday of
each month (during school term time) from
11.00am to 1.00pm in Beatlie School,
Craigshill, Livingston.
