Further details	The Hazel Grove Service works with children 12 years and under and their families. We provide a variety of strategies in helping children and families overcome difficulties they may be experiencing. We work with families either on an individual basis or provide parenting programmes/groups or children's groups. Our referrals are mainly through social workers or identified primary schools.
