Provision of
free specialist advice, information, counselling and support
for anyone worried about their own, or someone else's,
drinking. ELCA's services are open to anyone aged 18 years
and over. Specific tenancy support and supported
accommodation based in West Lothian for anyone who is
homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to their
alcohol problem. A voluntary counselling service is based in
the Primary Care Health Centre in Bathgate.
