Three teams
consisting of Youth Strategy Workers, Education Welfare
Officers and Family Support Workers have been established to
offer a pupil and family support service. The teams will be
based in school clusters and will work, in collaboration,
with appropriate partners to help ensure that children and
young people with difficulties are prevented, as much as
possible, from finding themselves the subject of referrals
to statutory services through early intervention and the use
of a range of innovative methods. |
