Most children go through a stage when they seem to be picky
eaters. If you are worried about their eating, get your GP or
health visitor to measure their height and weight which may
reassure you that they are getting enough calories for their
needs.
It is probably wise
to make sure they aren't filling up with lots of juice or milk
before meals as this can reduce their appetite. Don't overfill
their plate but continue to offer a wide range of foods at meal
times, just like you are eating. They won't starve if they don't
eat on that occasion so don't keep offering lots of
alternatives.
